High quality CNC Charge Cooler Manifold Intake Manifold for BMW B58 GEN 1
Eliminates heat soak and lowers intake air temperatures (IAT's) for maximum performance in race conditions. This is especially critical due to the intercooler placement in the engine compartment CNC machined billet end tanks with integrated machined y-pipe connection to throttle body 100% TIG welded vs OEM style gasket and crimped plastic end tanks for maximum durability in high boost applications.

Important Notes
Installation Tip: Test fit manifold with all sensors, fuel rails, and brackets installed before final torquing. Ensure adequate hood clearance and proper gasket alignment. Verify all vacuum ports and PCV fittings are accessible.
Sound Warning: This manifold generates a Loud, Aggressive Induction Roar and prominent Throttle Whistle during acceleration. Cabin resonance may be significantly increased.

What'S The MOQ?
It depends.
The MOQ is negotiable according to specific requests.
Basically for stock items, we welcome sample testing for first order.
For not stock items or after sample testing, we have to start with bulk order, like 30-50sets for downpipe, 10-20sets for exhaust.
For private design , the MOQ is a bit higher, about 50-100sets for downpipes; 30-50sets for exhaust.
