What Is The Difference in The Connection Method Between Convex Stainless Steel And Double Compression Stainless Steel Pipes?

The installation technical feature is that a special expansion tool is used to roll and press the end of a thin-walled stainless steel pipe from the inside out to form a flange ring. Then, the pipe is inserted into a pipe fitting with a socket cone shaped silicone rubber sealing ring and a locking nut. When tightening the locking nut, the sealing effect is achieved by pushing the compression cone shaped silicone rubber sealing ring through the flange ring.

The double clamp pressure type pipeline fully utilizes the effective rigidity of metal materials. At the connection between the pipe and fittings, both ends are clamped with clamps to achieve surface fixation, compress two hexagons, and comprehensively prevent lock up, greatly improving its resistance to pulling and rotation. The double compression pipeline adopts the advanced O-shaped sealing ring compression ratio principle. The card convex connection uses a specialized expansion tool to form a flange ring on the thin-walled stainless steel pipe section at an appropriate position, which is axially compressed from the inner wall to the outer diameter.
